one of the reception men was not helpful at all. in fact he put us off asking questions.
The hotel was centrally located, easy access for shopping and night life.
I am happy to tell you that our stay was so much better as a result of the excellent care from Martin Boner. He got us a great room after mentioning that the front of the hotel would be noisy on a saturday night. Right on. He mentioned that our rooms weren't ready but suggested we have breakfast, which we did and while eating he came up to us and said our room was noe ready and thet they would convert it to a king bed. Just like home... Now that is service. He continued to help us with tours and confirmed our rail schedule since we were leaving the first train at 5:39am. A taxi was waitning for us that morning. Again service above and beyond. Bravo to Martin... The rest of the staff were very good, but Martin shined as far as we were concerned. Clean rooms, good food, both at the hotle and next door at the pub. Overall, we would come back again and will definitiely refer people to you.the slogan " the land of a thousand welcomes" was certainly true. I hope we do the same for your visiters when they come to America.
Bathroom small and only one sink. A liittle difficult in the mornings. But that is an "American thing" and not a complaint. Because of the desk in front of the bed, it was a little tight. I would have moved it to the left and allowed more room to move about. Honestly, no compalints just suggestions. Keep up the good work.
Location was the big advantage, it is perfect. The staff were very friendly, plenty of parking across from hotel. Food was gorgeous and the spa was very good and well worth going to.
Location, location, location. You can't beat this place. Add very friendly service people (room attendants were the best), an all you can eat buffet type restaurant of great quality food and first rate rooms and bathrooms and you have a winner here.
The parking is in the public lot right across the street. While the hotel gives you 3 euro a day towards the cost it can be a bit pricey. The cost of this hotel may be a bit higher than you're used to paying but it is honestly worth it for a break from the BB scene.
The Hotel is excellent the food was very good and great value. The leisure centre wad great. The bedrooms were lovely and the jacuzzi was fantastic. The staff were very friendly and courtious
Excellant Music and location.
Staff ver friendly and helpful.Hotel very clean and had nice entertainmeny
We did not enjoy buffet dinner and music very loud from nightclub and no carpark available
Absolute First Class, Comfort, Staff, location, food and facilities
Efficient check-in, friendly helpful staff, good choice of food, super rooms and excellent leisure centre.
nothing at all and would heartily recommend it to anyone staying in Killarney.
I really enjoyed my stay in the Killarney Towers Hotel. It was Safe and friendly place for me and my granddaughter to stay It is very centeral to everything. I hope to stay again next year. Thank you.
Decor a bit dated but very clean.
great location for everything ,food, shopping and entertainment, staff very friendly and helpfull ,
Friendly and happy staff beautiful food
Car parking is quite good, with a public car park opposite, and the shopping area is close by. The staff were really helpful , friendly and efficient. Our bedroom and bathroom were compact, although the window had no view. The breakfast buffet was really good, with a selection of fruit and cereal, fresh rashers and sausages, and eggs cooked to order. First class ! Our evening meal was carvery style, and again was excellent.Altogether a pleasant stay. We will certainly stay here again.
Decor of the lobby and dining area is fairly dark. We had afternoon tea in the sister hotel, Killarney Plaza and preferred the lighter decoration of the entrance and sitting area.
Our stay was very relaxing and enjoyable, rooms were clean and food was very good.
