Central location, jacuzzi tub in rooms, ample common spaces
Noise disturbances from neighbors got unbearable at night!!! Maintenance issues like leaking showers left much to be desired!!! Inadequate parking information complicated our arrival experience even further!!!

Comfortable Stay in a Great Location
We enjoyed our two-night stay, especially the delicious meals at the on-site restaurant. The staff were accommodating, quickly relocating us when our jacuzzi didn't work initially. Despite some decor showing age, the overall experience was pleasant, and the location offered easy access to local attractions. Pro tip, check parking availability as it's free overnight!

We had a fantastic time staying with friends! The swimming pool was awesome, and we also explored the incredible Killarney National Park. The location was perfect for everything, and the staff was super friendly. Definitely try out breakfast and the bar. both were top-notch! Can’t wait to come back!
One thing that was a bit disappointing was the noise from the hallway and ceiling above us. It could get a bit distracting at times, but it didn't ruin our overall experience.

Noisy at night due to nearby bars. Convenient to book bike tours, and the breakfast spread had great variety.

The hotel featured an exceptional location with easy access to attractions. Our room was cozy and well-kept. However, service was slow during our meal, and the parking refund process felt quite insufficient. While many aspects were enjoyable, improvements in dining and service would enhance the overall experience.

Had a fabulous 2-night stay! The bar food, especially the chowder, was delightful, and the ambiance was perfect for a rainy day. Our room had a nice view, even if it was a bit quirky. I'd definitely return!

Exceptional service made all the difference during our two-night stay. The staff went out of their way to accommodate us, even providing sandwiches at 5 AM after a night out—an impressive gesture. Breakfast was plentiful and delicious, and the rooms were immaculate. Unfortunately, our experience was overshadowed by an inappropriate management response to a family's request, which showed a lack of professionalism in dealing with sensitive situations.

Fantastic Stay in a Central Location
I had a wonderful 2-night stay with my friends, enjoying the vibrant atmosphere of the bar with live music every night. The breakfast was a highlight, featuring an impressive selection, including freshly baked pastries and local delicacies. The staff went above and beyond when we arrived late and were in need of a snack, promptly delivering sandwiches and drinks to our room. However, accessing our room involved quite a few stairs, which was a little inconvenient with all our luggage.
